Can I change or cancel my order? You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or dispatch. Please contact us immediately at support@luxurywatchstore.com if you need to make any changes.
How do I know my order was confirmed? Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and full order summary. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
Can I order by phone or email? Currently, all orders must be placed directly through our website to ensure secure payment processing and accurate order tracking.

Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
