2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, the following delivery timeframes apply:

Standard International Delivery:

  • United States — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • United Kingdom — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • Canada — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • France — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • Germany — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • Australia — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • UAE — 10 to 14 Business Days
  • Rest of World — 10 to 14 Business Days

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order value. The following general structure applies:

  • Standard International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions and minimum order thresholds
  • Express Shipping: Not currently available — all orders ship via standard international courier

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was not delivered due to our error.


4. ORDER PROCESSING

Once your payment is confirmed, your order goes through the following steps before dispatch:

Step 1 — Order Verification: Your order details and payment are verified within 1 business day.

Step 2 — Quality Inspection: Your timepiece is carefully inspected by our quality control team to ensure it meets our premium standards before packaging.

Step 3 — Secure Packaging: Your watch is packed in tamper-proof, discreet, and premium packaging to protect it during transit. The outer packaging does not indicate the contents for security purposes.

Step 4 — Dispatch: Your order is handed over to our trusted international courier partner and a tracking number is generated.

Step 5 — Tracking Notification: You will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to track your shipment in real time
  • Estimated delivery date

You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment at every stage of its journey. If you have not received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@luxurywatchstore.com.


6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Luxury Watch Store ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in your country.

Please note the following:

  • Customs Duties: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Customs Delays: Customs inspections may occasionally cause delays beyond our 10 to 14 business day estimate. Luxury Watch Store is not liable for such delays.
  • Customs Documentation: We provide accurate and complete customs documentation with every shipment, including a commercial invoice with the correct declared value of your order.
  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by customs or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure about import regulations or duties in your country.


7. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Every order shipped by Luxury Watch Store is fully insured for its complete purchase value during transit. This means:

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
  • If your package is damaged during delivery, we will replace the item or issue a full refund upon receiving photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Insurance claims must be reported to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

To file a shipping insurance claim, please email us at support@luxurywatchstore.com with your order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue.


8. SECURE PACKAGING

We take the security and presentation of your luxury timepiece extremely seriously. Every order is packaged as follows:

  • Inner Packaging: Your watch is secured in its original manufacturer box or a premium branded watch box with a cushioned interior.
  • Outer Packaging: The outer shipping box is plain, tamper-proof, and gives no indication of the valuable contents inside.
  • Tamper-Evident Seals: All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape. If you receive a package that appears to have been opened or tampered with, please photograph it immediately and contact us before opening.
  • Discreet Labeling: For security purposes, our shipping labels do not reference luxury watches or high-value goods.

9. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting your package from a local depot.

Please ensure the following to avoid delivery issues:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
  • Include your apartment, suite, or floor number where applicable.
  • Provide a valid phone number in case the courier needs to contact you.
  • Ensure someone is available to sign for the package if a signature is required.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, the following applies:

  • Reshipping Fee: A reshipping fee will be charged to resend your order.
  • Refund Option: If you prefer not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

10. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbors, building reception, or a safe location where it may have been left.
  • Check your tracking link for any additional delivery instructions from the courier.
  • Wait 2 additional business days as packages occasionally show as delivered slightly early.
  • If still missing, contact us at support@luxurywatchstore.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


11. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Do not discard the packaging — keep all original packaging for the courier’s inspection.
  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item.
  • Email us at support@luxurywatchstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
